He also suggested a slight alteration to the design which made perfect sense and makes more sense than the original plan due to the pitch of my floor. Thank you guys! Still waiting on Crack repair will update once that is complete.

I had a great experience with DryCrete. I originally reached out after seeing the extensive work they had done at my neighbor's house. Ken spent time walking me through the different options for addressing water intrusion in my basement, including a sump pump, French drain, and less invasive alternatives. I never felt pressured into one particular solution, and he was very thorough in explaining the pros and cons of each approach. I ultimately decided on a targeted repair to plug a large hole and Gian handled the work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. The repair involved sealing a hole in the foundation wall where water had been entering, and the work was completed neatly, efficiently, and quickly. From start to finish, the entire process was straightforward, honest, and professional. I would recommend DryCrete and I would use them again for any future issues.

Our experience with DryCrete Waterproofing was excellent, 5 Stars. The basement flooded twice this past fall and spring prompting our search for a solution. This company provided everything covered in the quote, to the letter and exact price. I would recommend them to my family or friends.

We had a full French Drain System installed. We would highly recommend DRYCRETE WATERPROOFING. We consulted with other companies and were not happy with their prices and the way they pressured us to make a decision. Thank God, a family member recommended DRYCRETE. Best suggestion ever! The owner Jason is an excellent business person, down to earth, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. He has his schedule down pat and frequently updated us as the work progressed. He was so willing to explain the how's and whys for what the job entailed. He also explained the pump monitoring system and helped us install the app for our phones and computer, and got us online and monitoring our system in minutes. Jason was just a pleasure to deal with. Trustworthy and dedicated to delivering what he promised, and his crew are just as wonderful....hard working, self-directed, no nonsense type of workers. Their aim was to do a job well done and efficiently and they sure succeeded! They even did an excellent job of cleaning up after completion. High marks for all! We had 4 basement waterproofing companies come into our home to do an assessment of our basement. We are updating our home and finishing our basement. Although we only had occasional and minor water leaks we wanted to protect our investment. Our time with Mike, Jason, and the rest of the team was professional and informative from the first moment. They were responsive with our estimate, fair with their pricing, and willing to answer our questions along the way. The crew arrived on time and ready to get the project started. We had a couple of large items that we needed help moving and they assisted so that we could keep the basement clean. The work that was performed was done so with care. The basement was kept as clean as possible, and our input was taken into consideration along the way. Hands down thankful for the experience and piece of mind that we now have.
