I hired Dry Guys LLC ON 8/19 to install flooring in September. Gave Shane Hill a $2000 deposit. Was in a rush to get the deposit but never showed up to do the work. After many excuses from a family emergency to his truck breaking down, etc., I canceled the service but after numerous attempts to get my $2000 deposit back... ghosted. Unbelievable. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Carpet Repair, Refasten, or Stretch

I hired Shane Hill to come out and stretch my carpet. Shane came out on Aug 15th to give me an estimate. The estimate was $1250 which I paid by check. We agreed on a time for Shane to come out and was a no-show no call. I tried contacting Shane this morning and Shane acted like he could not hear me.

No work was done on Sunday-August 7th-insisted on the money up front. I told him that the job was to be paid after completion- I gave him my credit card for $1,375-he said he would be back 9 AM Saturday-had to call him on Saturday the 13th-said he had Covid and would call-he gave me the feeling he forgot to call to cancel-seems funny I was not called -said he forgot- appreciate any help on your part to get my money back- Yours truly James F.
