Though over twenty years old my roof had only minor issues so I had time to shop around. The pundits always say never go with the lowest bids (I took seven) but when everyone else shows up in a Mercedes or BMW and then makes excuses when called on it ("it's my wife's car" or "yes but it's not the super high end one") when all they needed to say was "hey I work hard I deserve it" or "I go to a lot of high end neighborhoods and don't want to stand out". Then Zach Mccrory shows up in a Siverado 2500 exactly when he said he would he won me over right there. I've had a lot of roofs done on other properties and could tell he knew his business. His crew worked their asses off and cleanup was very good. Not perfect but close enough. Most importantly the price was spectacular! The work was first rate and Zack is a fantastic emissary for his company. The job looks great and even with iffy weather was done in the window of time projected. I'm a fishing guide and I work hard for my money believe me. Zero regrets. Typically not the case when taking a bid that was thousands less than the others. Job well done.ð
