A great experience from first contact to completion of the restoration! I would most certainly call Dryrite Restoration in the future if the need arises. Jay came and explained what all he would be doing. He went into the crawlspace and determined the extent of the water damage and relayed the information including photos so we could also see and understand. Jay kept us informed all the way through and to top it off the final detail of cleaning the carpet. Also received photos of the completed restore. After moving here recently, we needed a mitigation company when our dishwasher decided to flood our kitchen. Our State Farm agent recommended Jay, with DryRite and I couldn't have been happier. He was honest and told us exactly what was going on from the beginning. His equipment was spotlessly clean. He went over every procedure and what all of the equipment was for. He showed us the readings from the moisture meters. There was no hidden agenda or ruse to gouge the insurance company for charges they weren't responsible for. Punctual and professional-this guy is the real deal. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

10/10 was efficient , friendly, and knowledgeable. Jay walked us thru step by step of their process , answered all questions and definitely made us feel like our concerns and questions were important and made sure I understood exactly what the current process would be and what the future possibly held giving us a sense of peace which definitely put us at ease while dealing with the devastation of the house fire we were currently dealing with. Would recommend completely and will 100% use his services in the future if heaven forbid we are ever put thru this sort of emergency again.

We had a large leak from the ceiling and Jay was able to come out to our location the same day to start the clean up and restoration process. Jay was kind, helpful and very professional and we would highly recommend his company to anyone in need!
