Drysteam Cleaning & Restoration

I am truly impressed. I suspected mold in my apartment which is aways a pressing and scary experience. Most “mold professionals” don’t know much — they do a moisture test on the wall, say nothing is wrong, and leave you with a bill and the same problem. John is extremely thorough and took the time to explain what’s happening. He has extensive knowledge on mold formation and safe remediation. Just this interaction alone made me feel better. The integrity is unmatched. I would use them again and again. Can’t think of another company I’d trust more. Do yourself a favor to save your self time, money, and headache and use this company.

Model company. Always on time, fast, efficient and professional. I was even worried that with traffic my 3 year old carpet would soon need to replaced but it came out good as new.

Drysteam got rid of my mold and we're very knowledgeable, explained every step of the process. They showed up on time, employees were professional and great customer service. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to any that needs mold remediation

My wife and I had a foul odor coming from our kitchen after several attempts to locate the odor we decided contact and some professionals the first couple of companies we contacted came out and gave a basic visual inspection and advised us they had to remove some of our cabinetry for a more thorough inspection. We decided to call one more company before taking such drastic measures. We contacted Dry Steam, John had came out and gave us a thorough inspection, taking his time to locate the source of the odor without removing half of our kitchen. As it turns out we had a small crack in one of our water lines that's been leaking for some time causing mold to grow behind our cabinets. Dry steam made the repairs, cleaned the area free of mold. Finding Dry steam was truly a blessing. Their knowledge and leak detection equipment probably saved us thousands. Thank you Dry Steam.

Highly recommend him. He has done a great job for me.
