Drywall - Install
Sub contracted sheetrock crew hangers and floaters were good and did a good job. Painting was horrible, without any primer, with drip marks and splatters. We actually had to repaint a whole room. Our hardwood floors had not been protected (need to refinish them now), neither were all the outlets and switches (had to change 2 switches becayse it couldn't be cleaned out). Painting was botched and performed on a Friday night from 6 to 10:30 pm .... and a nasty dispute to get all his money then without waiting for the paint to dry!! We also keep receiving calls from his subs saying that they still haven't been paid (6 weeks afterwards).

"all subs were paid they are still working with us i am one of the subs. as far as the painting the floors where to be refinished and we were told do not worry about them they were to be sanded this house was a long work in progress subs right before us stated to watch them they will find anything to whole up paying as far any paint was in outlets not true we try to do good work the dad of the lady just shook his head after the way they treated us. this is there story which is not true we have good reviews. i guest they claim a nasdty dispute only when they did not want to pay we only went at night to sand floors in the morning"

His work is okay. His word means nothing. He was to be finished the 21st, he is still not done. He goes for days not showing up and does not call. He treats the people that work with him badly. One of his helpers has called me trying to get some money he is due. The man has some problems. I might have to fire him.

"Drywall master prides it self in treating people fair. this job was always changing by the home owner from the original plan things were always added that were not to be done. that was why the delay. We do not have to be on the job every day because we sub work out to subs therefo we do not see the need to stand over people we trust. We pay all our subs and if there was a case of asking for money it shoud have been talked over with us we do not allow this. our sub have been working with us for over a couple of years we have no problems with each other as we are headed to another project now as we speak we try to do the right thing"

Drywall Masters did a very nice job!!! I have a 4bed 3bath and they painted the entire house without any problems. The pesonnel was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I could ask questions and there was no attitude. The customer service was excellent!! I would recommend Drywall Masters to anyone!!

This was the most horrific experience we have had remodeling our home so far. The job was poorly done. We will have to hire someone to come out and repair the areas that were messed up. For example in our bathroom, in an attempt to cut costs, the painter originally brought only one gallon of paint for a master bath that clearly needs two. When they did return to complete the bathroom, they used the wrong color. In addition to the poor workmanship, Larry is extremenly unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend them to anyone.

"We purchased the correct amount of paint for the master bathroom, she found a few spots that needed to be touched up, we bought another gallon to redo the bathroom. She inspected the job she gave my sub-contractor a $40 tip after she complete the inspection, she was satisfied with the work completed. If there was any other repairs to be done after we did mention that we would come back."

I dealt with Larry and Assoc. He was timely and knowlegeable. He completed the job and has guaranteed the work so that if I have any physical concerns he will come back and satisfy the complaint. There is some trickling water seepage after the rain on yesterday. I contacted him on 5/7/09. He was concerned and promises to remedy the problem asap. Drywall Masters was quick to post and enquirers acted quickly, each caller was courteous.
