Hired this company for water mitigation. They completed that service, although prolonging it but the real problem arose when they realized my insurance company only paid out a certain amount. They kept trying to get more money even when I told them my insurance company only was paying for that amount. After that, the construction side couldn?t come out to finish the job because they were too busy as I was told. I was left trying to finish the project by myself while having tenants in the home as this was a rental property. The owner reached out to me for payment for the water mitigation service and the bill was outrageous. For the damage they did to my home during water removal, he was lucky I gave as much as I did. And not only that, this company put me in a very difficult position. And they made it seem like they were doing me a favor by even trying to put me on their schedule to finish the project. Do not use this company!

They took my money and promised they would do my repairs plus cabinets and countertops .they left me with out cabinets or counter tops ,missing baseboards Did not paint as they promised ,they did not insulated the end walls their excuse was my insurance did not pay enough .I paid them $28,000 dollars us front and they had no intentions of keeping their word they are a con and donâ  t care about how they lie to the customers I took them to small claims court and won but they have not paid what the court ordered them to pay . I donâ  t care what you pay them their excuse is the insurance company did not pay enough money After you give them the money and they agree to finish everything for the money you give them Therefore I would not recommend them to anyone My name is Alice Robeson and this company is not reliable

Lightening hit my home did a lot of water damage they dryer out the house and were going to do repairs We agree that they would drywall work put insulation in end walls, replace cabinets and countertops ,replace floor covering .we agreed on a price and was told everything would be completed and a walk thru at the end to see if everything was satisfactory to us All they completed was the floors and a little drywall they did not put insulation in the end walls did not do cabinets or countertops I took them to small claims court on October 2 2023 for not doing what they promised. I won in small claims court and they will not pay me what the court ordered them to pay I also got a certificate of judgement against the company and still want pay. They take you money and promise to do the work and then they start saying the insurance come didnâ t pay enough money But what the insurance pays has nothing to do with the fact that I paid them the amount agreed on for the work needed done They take your money but donâ t complete the work They left me with cabinets or counters no insulation on in walls, not paint on wall in master bath and the floor in master bath was not done ,missing base molding I would not recommend them they talk a good game up front ,but itâ s all a scam

I hate to give bad reviews but I feel like giving honest feedback helps others who are considering hiring a company to do work for them. I wish I had read more reviews about this company before moving forward with them. A hired them in May to complete a deck remodeling job and felt pretty confident that they would do what they agreed to. However as the months went by and the project drug on I realized that they were not going to follow through with their end of the agreement. I was originally very positive about the work they were doing mostly due to the fact that the guys on site were great. However the management is lacking organizational skills, clarity and professionalism. The estimator who bid the job originally gave me a price $10000 less than what the owner estimated when he came out to do the bid the next day. After going over it with both of them In much detail and having them modifiy it a couple of times we finally agreed on a process and price that was workable for both of us. We asked for a sample of handrail materials and a sketch of the finished project but received neither. After many broken promises, missed deadlines and 3 months of waiting for the finished project I found out that the estimator had not done his job and ordered the deck railing that we had agreed upon . Apparently he had been Is in some kind of trouble and was fired. They hired a new project manager for my Job and another 2 and a 1/2 months went by of them trying to figure out what product to install. None of this should have ever been an issue as I made it very clear from the beginning and the 3 of us agreed on the materials and cost of what would be installed. It was priced on the estimate as would composite railing, to match the trex composite decking we had installed. Apparently, Jim, the man who I assume its the financial backing for the company, was unhappy with the price quote and wanted to almost triple it. Thats unacceptable if you are already working on the project. If the price was not correct that should have been addressed in the beginning. I understand if additional work is done thats not on the estimate it would cost additional money but to raise the price for the same product midway through especially after waiting so long and still not having a finished project This was due to their negligence, lack of clarity and poor hiring, not in any way an issue we should be suffering loss for. We run a bed and breakfast out of our home and this unfinished project that has drug on for 6 months has cost us yes bookings and discounted rates that add up to thousands of dollars. We have been more than patient, kind and understanding in regards to issues that the owners faced with employees, however the way that we were spoken to in our own home by Jim, the way they came and got their supplies while I was not home and kicked us to the curb after many months of waiting, is unacceptable. I want to warn others to steer clear of this company so they do not experience the trouble that we did. 6 months later I am now having to hire someone else to finish what they were supposed to do. I am also missing items that I personally paid for that I can only assume they were removed from the property when I was not home. In addition there are 10 miscut boards That they never fixed, crooked stairs, and warped beams that will all have to be replaced. I was hoping that they were going to do the right thing and take care of this project the way they agreed to so that I would not have to give a negative review. For what its worth the crew doing the job was more professional than the ownership. I believe Mr. Davis is a skilled Contractor and a man of integrity but he has unfortunately paired himself up with others who are not.
