Water Heater Installation and Replacement
My water heater broke and leaked all over the floor in the middle of the night D’shin Plumbing sent Donnel over at 8am the very next morning and by 11am it was replaced and taken care of. They even recommended a restoration company to help with the water damage. My heroes this weekend! Thank you so much!

I contacted Dshin's plumbing to inquire replacing my leaking hot water heater. They arrived as scheduled for the estimate. They provided complete estimate with no surprise charges or add-ons. They showed on time for scheduled installation. The installation crew was professional and efficient. They hauled away the old unit and later called to ensure we were satisfied with the installation before presenting the invoice for payment. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired these people for what was suppose to cost $100.00 to replace an outside valve. In the process of replacing the valve, a pipe was broken under the sink. In addition, one of his employees of which there were three, did not shut the main waterline off. My entire laminate floor was ruined. It cost me $1,300.00 to replace the floor plus another $1,000 to have a contractor to install the floor.They sent someone out to repair the pipe under the sink later that day. It took me an hour to soak up all the water on the floor. And I assumed that was the end of it. Two days after they left, My entire kitchen floor floor began to buckle. I had the floor installer come out to install the floor the Saturday before Easter. In the middle of the installation he had to stop because there was still a leak under the sink.On that Saturday they sent another person out to fix the leak. Which I was charged an additional $300.00 since he had to come out on Easter to finish the job. The owner sent out one of his supervisors who admitted that this was negligence since there was no way the floor would have flooded if the main line had been shut off. I have been in contact with them by phone and email and every time it's a different excuse as to why they think it wasn't their fault. They refuse to give me the name of their liability insurer which leads me to believe the are not insured, although their ad claims they are. These people accept no responsibility for the damage they caused and refuse to settle this or give me the name of their insurance. This was a horrible experience and I would give these people negative stars if I could. Horrible company and horrible business people!

"We value all of our customers from start to finish. We make sure our clients are satisfied 100%. There are some good clients and some bad clients. We treat are clients the same. This particular refuse to show proof of damage that we've caused. We have proof such as receipts from flooring company that this client had already made purchase for flooring material before we even arrived. This person claim that no one returned his phone calls. Not true. This person claim to have already replaced damaged floors that we caused without even contacting us to make an assessment on our behalf. This person refused to show pictures of damaged floors prior to repair. As a new client, we are asking you to please look at our previous reviews and disregard this last review. This is up to something no good. Possible scan. We value all our customers 100%. Thank u for giving us an opportunity to prove ourselves."
