Brandon helped me out very quickly to get the parts next day. Ram came out and did an excellent job repairing and cleaning up. He thoroughly tested the operation before leaving and made sure i was happy.

They took care of all the permits and electrical inspections. I highly recommend Saturn Electric if you are considering having a standby generator unit installed. I also had them install a whole house surge protector.

Prior to selecting Saturn, I met with 5 other generator installation professionals. None was as thorough/patient in explaining the process and answering questions. Extremely consultative without applying pressure at all. The project itself was executed perfectly. George came in the morning with his technicians (who were great), explained what they were going to do. At project completion (less than 7 hours later), George came back and walked me through (in painstaking detail) the work that was done, how to troubleshoot, and even went page-by-page through the owner's manual with me. The most professional contractor I have worked with.

They answered my questions, and gave very detailed instruction on how to operate the generator. If I had to do it again at another house, I would use Saturn Electric.

Let me just say that the whole experience has been INCREDIBLY REFRESHING!!! George and his team have been wonderful to work with and extremely professional. George was patient in explaining the whole process and answering any questions we had regarding the generator he proposed vs. the competition. The installation crew was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. After they finished working, you would never know anyone was there doing anything because they totally cleaned up the work area. I just have to say again that George and his team have been wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased with all aspects of the project. They answered all of my questions during the initial investigation and quoting process. Once the contract was signed, the job was started and completed on time. Installers were professional, friendly and did not waste any time.
