Over the years, we have done extensive renovations to seven real estate properties, so weâ ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years. Weâ ve never worked with anyone better than DuPaul Construction. Vince (the owner) helped us to carefully design our renovation and addition in a thoughtful, experienced way, with suggestions that enhanced our own ideas and improved our original design. Vinceâ s estimate was fairly priced, with no surprises. DuPaulâ s crew arrived on-time each day, carefully cleaned up after themselves each day, and did excellent work at every stage of the process. They were in our home several days a week for two months, and we always felt comfortable with DuPaulâ s friendly and experienced crew. Vince himself stopped by himself every few days to check on the project. To sum, up: we were very pleased with the planning, with the process, and with the final result. Five Stars.

I would only recommend this company to an enemy. And I d still feel guilty about it. My wife entered into a contract in March 2019. We paid a $5600 deposit and...... nothing. Well, that s not true. They did bring an engineer out to look at the house. Supposedly some drawings were generated. But, after four months without any tangible return on our money, I called the permitting office. At that point I discovered that they hadn't even applied for the permit. When we pointed this out, they said they didn't know time was a factor. So, if you don't mind letting others draw interstellar on your money while you don't get what you want, this might be the company for you. We are seeking to terminate our contract and will be going with a different builder. Got the sheriff involved and was able to get 40% of our money back.

We needed more space for our expanding family. Vince had great advice on living area and bedroom expansions. We also updated our kitchen with better cabinets and more storage and granite counters, which are absolutely wonderful! We couldn't be happier with the job. We love our new spaces. These guys are the best! I've never had a more pleasant remodeling experience. We were given many options and suggestions to make our basement function and flow perfectly. The quality really shows in the finished product. Thanks to Vince and the guys for a perfect job!

Vince and his team did a spectacular job. They are highly organized and very thorough every step of the way. I am very impressed with their knowledge and attention to the smallest detail. Great job!!!

He's a terrific contractor. Very nice, very knowledgeable. I have been especially pleased with his ability to adapt. We have an older home, over 125 years old, and we needed someone that could deal with whatever issues might have cropped up during our addition.
