Wow, what a great experience!! DUAL TEMP replaced my Air Conditioning system and did a FABULOUS job! Todd was head of my AC team, arrived on time, introduced himself, got right to work. The other team members were just as wonderful, professional, respectful, polite, careful with my home. They made sure the electricals were 100 percent correct, replaced the ourside pad, made sure it was perfectly level, put in a faux "gutter" on the exterior of my home to cover the pipes etc so it looks presentable!!! Most importantly Todd and his team at the office made sure that the new AC was compatible with my gas furnace. System works great AND they did a check on the furnace, changed the filter etc. SUPER JOB! I am sending them my son as a client as he was totally impressed with the work!! Woot Woot Dual Temp!!!

Service personnel were knowledgeable and worked effectively. There were some very minor issues with them failing to ask for help finding places to plug in their equipment without messing up lighting and charging arrangements and they left behind a Milwaukee battery and charger that they haven't picked up yet.

Service was great, very honest with pictures to back up what was found wrong with our Heating and AC units if something was found. Patrick let me know my water heater needed to be replaced asap, Patrick didn’t try to sell me a water heater, He gave me recommendations. They are not pushy salesmen. Dual Temp has the best prices in the area, I called several places. You get a picture of your service person before they come and you can track them when they are on their way. I would recommend Dual Temp
