The doors are of good quality. They installed Dalton Doors. The dissatisfaction comes from bad design advice, and property damage with a sub par repair with an assurance that they would follow up and see it through. After payment, I never heard back from him again. Seemed like nice enough people that just weren't able to deliver on what they promised.

Brett Whitfield was the technician that came out to replace the torsion springs for our garage door. He was very friendly and professional. He replaced the springs in no time and even straightened out the straight bar that connects to the slider for the opener. He lubed up the hinges and rollers for the door. He noticed and mentioned that the bearings for the rollers were pretty much shot; been on since install, over 10 years. I asked if he had any new rollers, he said no but could call office and see if they can get me back on schedule to replace them. Was able to get on schedule for the next day! Would definitely recommend and call Dually Doors again
