I hired this company to do many projects in my home. I had the old kitchen counter top removed and replaced it with a new one I ordered. A new kitchen faucet was installed as well as tile backsplash. In the 2 bathrooms he replaced the lightning fixtures and tiled the floors. In the master bath, he installed a solid surface shower unit and new shower head. He also replace the mirror in the master bath. In the front entry, he laid a tile floor. A few months later I hired this company again to replace two ceiling fans.

We had a small project in the kitchen. Duane was on time, did a great job and cleanup. He also gave us some good input on some other projects we have been planning.

Duane was hired to replace an outside cellar door on our 100+ year old house. Job took much longer than anticipated, he did not clean up messes (had to wrestle garbage away from the puppy) and the job was not done up to par. Door leaks, opens the wrong way (dented siding, won't stay open) and screw tips stick through door. We will have to finish the work ourselves. Duane did come down on the price a little because we were not satisfied.

Mr. Livingood arrived promptly, completed the work in a professional manner and charged me a very reasonable price for the work. I will definately use him again and recommend him to others.

Very prompt to come and took measure of the project. Phone communication back and forth was difficult due to my bz schedule. I had requested for a copy of the sketch to fax to the office for review. Duane never did follow thru with this request. Project not completed as the result.

He was thorough, pleasant, and kind to my renters, and did the jobs requested on time. I got an invoice from him within a week (I live out of state), as he promised. Excellent, I'll use him again!

He's here now: so far, so good.
