No matter how complicated the project is, Kevin and his team get it done, done fast and well. They have competitive pricing and Kevin is all about working with you, the client, and making sure that you are 100% satisfied in initial stages of planning and designing, during construction, and after the project is completed. This is why he stands out. Me and my mother are incredibly meticulous and detailed oriented (and many contractors don't like us because we call them out when they attempt to cut corners) hired Dube Property Maintenance now multiple times over several years for almost every outdoor project on our property and they just did an amazing job on everything (installing walkway pavers with low voltage recessed lights , pavers around new driveway, pool coping and large porcelain tiles for pool deck, concrete slab base for pool house, several retaining walls, full lawn leveling, seeding new lawn/grass, planting 85+ arborvitaes, and more). We have been very pleased. I have been highly recommending Kevin and his crew to anyone I know.

They did a good job, but I had to call to get them here, they were late. They were very nice and did a good job though. I recommend them to blow out your sprinkler system.

Did not show up. Did not call me. Will not hire this company. I ended up hiring northeast irrigation and they promptly came and fixed my issue.

Never responds to phone calls or emails. Terrible customer service. When all is going fine, the lawn gets mowed adequately, but if you need to contact them with an issue to rectify, they will never respond. Totally unprofessional. My recommendation - find someone else!
