Performed work on schedule at reasonable cost.

Used incorrect and faulty product and insisted it was appropriate despite the fact that the recommended approach is contrary to what he believes. He believes that plumbers caulking is as good as silicone.

I hired Ryan Dubinin in early July of 2018 to replace the two existing sump pumps which the original owner had self installed in a building I have recently purchased in North Newark. Ryan Dubinin told me that it would be a two day job at most. I had not yet moved into the building and was in the process of doing so when I contracted Mr. Dubinin to perform the work at my new home. I traveled for over one and three quarter hours to get to the work site and was shocked to find Mr. Dubinin packing up toward leaving the premises. I rushed into the basement and found debris, two empty holes in my floor and a huge pile (3'X3') of mud on a tarp in the middle of my basement floor. I rushed back outside and I had to plead with Ryan Dubinin to get out of his vehicle to accompany me back to my basement to explain what was going on, and why his work was incomplete and why the huge mess. I literally had to beg him not to drive away without answering what was going on, it was an unprofessional, and unnecessary experience which I found personally humiliating. I asked him why there was a huge pile of debris on the floor which was the old pump components, there was also the remnants of Mr. Dubinin's lunch and beverage, strewn upon my floor, the most shocking thing of all was that in the middle of the basement floor on a very large green plastic tarp, Ryan Dublin dumped a pile of steaming, orange/brown mud that was three square feet in diameter. In an annoyed tone, Ryan Dubinin told me he had to 'special order' the pumps 'from his guy' and I would have to wait over the weekend for the 'special pumps' to arrive. Three days later he returned to install the 'special pumps', and in doing so, he blocked my basement door with the pipe from the 2nd sump pump. *I HAVE PHOTOGRAPHIC DOCUMENTATION/PROOF* Ryan Dublin then demanded a check from me and claimed he would return from his vacation in two weeks time on or about July 14th and then remove the huge pile of mud from my basement floor. Ryan Dubinin never returned. Ryan Dubinin never returned any of my phone calls. Ryan Dubinin treated me in a condescending manner much of the time he and I intereacted. Ryan Dubinin's appearance and behavior both, were highly unprofessional. Although I am 120 pounds, 5ft 6" tall woman in my late 50's, I myself shovelled the 3ft by 3ft pile of mud. I had no other choice. Due to Ryan Dubinin's deceit and unprofessionalism, I was forced to buy a shovel from Home Depot which I used for three full days to shovel small amounts of the huge mud pile into 3mil contractor garbage bags. I dragged the bags up my basement stairs like kettlebells, one at a time, each bag weighing approximately 15 lbs. I paid the sanitation men a cash tip to take the bags on 'bulk garbage day'. I shovelled a total of 67 bags of the mud Ryan Dubinin dumped on my basement floor because I refused to be a 'victim'. The pipes Ryan Dubinin installed to carrying the water out of the basement, were of cheap quali

Ryan was prompt and available for suggestions and questions. Honest about what he could and couldn't do. Tile work wasn't his expertise, so we both agreed that part of the job would be done by tile professional and then he would return to complete plumbing project. Kudos to Ryan, and assistant.

They were very professional . They knew what needed to be done and how they were going to do it, before that touched anything. I am very pleased. Thank you.
