This guy is not professional. He patted me on the head more than once and overcharged. I felt like I couldn't say anything because I needed my ac fixed on a miserably hot saturday. He also overcharged a bit.

Job completed as expected. Very polite tech. and on-time services. Reasonalble labor charge but a little bit expensive material cost charge.

Contacted me quickly. Scheduled service within two days. Diagnosed the difficulty. Addressed the problem completely. Would definitely recommend. (Would give higher than a 4.5 rating if the computer screen would allow me to do so.)

The crew showed exactly when they said they would.... no 3 or 4 hour window.They performed a detailed safety inspection of the furnace and pointed out several adjustments which could be made to the system. There was no hard sell and the guys couldn't have been friendlier. I will definitely use Dublin Heating and Cooling in the spring for my air conditioner inspection.

We were experiencing no cool air coming in. I had the air set at 76 and the home was reading 84 degrees. They worked me in the day I called and added freon to our system. Could not have been any more professional. I will call them again for my regular service.

Bob showed up walked the house, pointed out duct issues, gave me advice on my filters, and suggested changes to ventilation strategy. THEN he got to work fixing my AC. It wasn�t an easy fix � we had to bust open my stuck fence to get at the units. He and I banged up our knuckles pretty good doing so.When he was done, he told me he took the liberty of replacing a few missing screws, added a valve, and put in some additional Freon in my second unit �on the house.� We talked about my business, thoughtLEADERS. He asked for a card so he could pass my name along to his customers. He said he thought they would be interested in our training services

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Dublin Heating & Cooling. My air conditioning was not working. I phoned for a Friday appointment but was surprised when Bob said he would come out on Thursday evening after he completed his current job. He came out about 7:30 P.M., found the problem and replaced the bad part. I felt like a friend was repairing my air conditioner not a total stranger. I know whom I will call with no hesitation for any issues with my heating or air conditioning. I would recommend Dublin Heating & Cooling to my family and friends.

Good quality/price value. Not the least expensive, but they had a "same-as-cash" financing arrangement available, while others did not. The installation may have taken longer than the other companies would have, but I feel they took the extra time to get the job done right -- replacing the lines/wiring from AC to furnace and from furnace to thermostat when others would have "made-do" with the existing lines if they could. Bob was also the only provider that took the time to check for and count vents & returns to do the load analysis. Have already recommended DH&C to a friend from work.

The service was performed timely with a great deal of explanation. It was very professional and courteous.

Mr. Chervin is a very knowledgeable professional. He was efficient and courteous while completing our job - Mr. Chervin goes the extra mile. If I have future service needs I know who I will call first!

We hired Bob Chervin after he came out and spent time looking at our whole heating/cooling system. He was the only person to do a load rating for the house. He also diagnosed a problem related to shoddy work done by another contractor this past summer and fixed it at no additional cost. He and his team have been great! I am very impressed with Dublin H&C. They responded to my request quickly and were at my house within 4 hours to give me a "second opinion" (my first was with Atlas Butler). Bob and Mike diagnosed the problem while explaining everything along the way (glad they didn't charge me for the HVAC lesson!). They fixed my furnace and left me feeling good about the service. Thanks guys, I will definitely call you if I need any heating/cooling service!
