Ducharme Tree Service

Very prompt, professional. Very good communication. Trimmed branches and removed trees. We hired them a second time to take down a very large tree. Good clean up. They are very personable

Excellent attitude...timely service...above and beyond professionalism

Job done on time and to my satisfaction.

Cleared 15 trees, took everything with them, and will be coming back in June to remove the final 3 very large trees in the back. They are waiting for the property to dry to minimize damage to the lawn. Very professional. Prompt returning calls, answered all questions, and were willing to work as my schedule allowed, as my wife works 3rd shift and needs to sleep during the day. Couldn't have worked with a nicer group of people. Highly recommended.

Very proffesional and clean up after. Honest and great price. I am hiring them again in the next 2 weeks to take down more

fast and efficent

They did a great, efficient and professional job. Didn't charge a fortune. They came in 1,000 less than other quotes.

Bobby and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. He trimmed branches and limbs and left me all the usable wood to burn. They cleaned up all the debris and my yard looks great. I have already referred him to family and friends.

Arrived on time and removed three trees and ground down three old stumps. They removed some old logs from the back yard using some clever rigging. I then asked if they could remove an additional tree and they did that work at a reasonable cost. Cleaned up nicely.

i am very happy with the service i receved.

Arrived on time. Unbelievable clean up from 4 large trees removed. NOT A LEAF LEFT! Incredible stump grinding of 2 stomps. Went 8 inches below grade, and no chips left after clean up. The place was 25% lower than the next lowest quote. Took down 1 extra small pine at no charge. Also, Bobby the owner is an american veteran. GREAT JOB BOBBY AND CREW.

Working with Ducharme Tree Service was very simple. They showed up on time, when they said they would and did what they said they would. Very simple. Actually, they did a bit more than they said they would. After removing the dead tree and grinding the stump as requested, they ground up another small stump on the way out that I hadn't gotten to. It took maybe 10 minutes with their grinder but it was very considerate. My only complaint was that the equipment left noticeable ruts in the lawn. However, the ground was soft and probably couldn't be avoided. Perhaps they might consider laying down larger boards to spread out the weight. I'm not sure if this would be possible or if it would affect the stability of the equipment but it would be nice if they could avoid it. However, if we remove any other trees in our yard, I will definitely call them back. They were great to work with and the pricing was very reasonable.

Called on Friday and they were here on Monday. I got the quote in February and they honored that quote in August when the work was complete. They worked directly over my house and were extremely careful. Not only did they clean up so well you wouldn't know they were there, they even took time to put my dog at ease by meeting her. I would be happy to recommend Ducharme to everyone. Thanks for everything!

Still evaluating, awaiting removal of chips by another contractor.

I was very happy with the results.. they were courteous and very friendly. Yes I would recommend them , and if I need them in the future I will recall.

Reasonable price, came when scheduled, good work and the crew was friendly and polite.

This came together very quickly. I had a giant pine tree that was leaning towards my house. Bobby and crew were at the house with a crane the day after I hired them. They took the tree down in 3 pieces, cut it up and hauled it away... and then cleaned up. I was concerned about collateral damage to the property; particularly to a magnolia tree that was in the 'landing zone'. The crane operator did a very skillful job of avoiding it. The whole job took 2 hours start to finish and they came in at $1,550 LESS than the other bid I had received prior. Nicely done!

Very happy with their quote as well as their work. Would certainly use them again.

When Bobby came to give me an estimate, he quoted $350. He took down the trees we had discussed, and did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. His work was fine. My problem came when he was done, he gave me the square to sign for the charge, but never said or showed me what the charge would be. When I got the receipt by e-mail, it was $200 more than the original verbal qoute (I have excellent hearing, and I know what he told me). When I questioned him, he said, no, the $550 was the original quote. It was not. I just felt he gave me one quote then charged me something else without saying anything; I had to find out the difference when i got the receipt. The valuable lesson I learned was to always get the quote in writing, and ask the final price before signing the charge.

Very reasonable and excellent work

Would have liked to see some better communication when scheduling but overall did the job very well

Great contractor.

Bob and his crew did a wonderful job removing our trees in just 2 days. The price was extremely fair and I will definitely use this company again.
