They were very friendly, professional and detail oriented. They did what they said they would do and did not come with any hidden charges. I loved how everything smelled fresh and clean afterwords and several of my friends commented on it as well.

Did not clean up. Pieces of plaster everywhere. Promised pictures would be sent via e-mail which never arrived. Pulled out dryer to do dryer vent and did not get it back in place so now it sticks out 4inches from the washer.

"There dryer when cleaned had no attachment to it, we went and bought her one and installed it did not charge her for this. We cleaned our mess, but was not going to clean her entire floor of her home which was very dirty sorry. We do not do floors. zjust what comes out the vents which is very little."

Work was satisfactory but there was no follow up and it was hard to contact him.

"I am sorry about not following up on Jerry job was good according to him, but 12 days after I shattered my left wrist and have been in hospital for 2 surgeries. My business is back with me but I can only do my owners work and observe on job sites due to still in a cast and have contacted him since and Jerry had a few questions."

Very professional, courteous and prompt. My only complaint would be the cost of the dryer vent cleaning. It only took a simple vacuuming. Other than that, I was very pleased with the job and the people.

THE COMPANY DIDN'T REPSOND TO FOLLOW UP CALLS AND THEY WOULDN'T RESPOND TO MY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY BILL, THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO MY PHONE CALLS AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. THEY WOULD NOT ELOBRATE WHAT THEY HAVE DONE AND WHAT WAS NOT DONE.

"His renters in the duplex who did not have a working refigerator the place was nasty. Ceiling fans not working. His request for us was not too tell his tenets what he paid. After we finished his job and talking to his tenents which said quate we did a great job we saw tons of dirt out of the duct work. He requested us to e-mail his invocive to him, done. Then called us for a detail breakdown of every minite we were there. I said he got our normal invoice like everyone does from a contractor. He got a great deal by promise of other porperty he owns. He got mad when we refused to do his other work for that price fue to the condition of his prop"

not good. He had too many accidents. Accidentally stepped through the ceiling and caved in the drywall and later fell down the steps head first. He offered to fix the drywall but I said I would take care of it because I felt bad for him. He then began to say it happened because the ceiling had been rotted from water damage from a leaky ac unit. He suggested several times we look into suing the inspector we previously hired for not catching the problem. All his talk of suing made us feel he might try to sue us.. The whole situation was kinda creepy. He offered to do another free cleaning in the spring because he felt bad about the ceiling

"This home had water damage all over the ceiling the air handeler was in attic after showing him the damage he could not blame me. Also they had just moved in there so there was stuff every where. I offered to come back due to the ms problem he had."

They were fantastic! The first spraying and cleaning of the vents made a massive improvement in our A/C system. The air was blowing much stronger and the one room that had a smell from the vents was now clean and fresh. When I called him back to spray the one vent again (since it did such a wonderful job) he re-sprayed that vent and return as well as both of my a/c systems for free! If you need your vents cleaned this is the guy to call!

He did a great job, He removed all the vents, cleaned all ducts and vents. He was there for about 3 hours and did what he said and what I expected for the price we agreed upon. He also cleaned the dryer vent.

Bodie, Owner-operator took the time to show us with his camera exactly what was in our ducts. Our home is new and yet we had a white powdery substance that had to be dusted away almost daily. With his mini camera, We saw chunks of spackling that had been squirted on the walls which had also been squirted on the open duct work when the home was being built. After the job was completed he took the time to use the camera again and let us see the finished duct work..no more chunks of spackling! He is thorough, patience and economical and I would defiinitely recommend his service to my family and friends. I haven't dusted in two weeks!

The Roto Brush System is the best way to clean your duct system, They will run a granny cam up in your duck system and you will see for yourself. The old Vac systems just don't pull all the dust from the walls of the duct work. You will be amazed how much crap you have been breathing. and very affordable, but what kind of price are you putting on your health.
