Window Cleaning
The two young men who came to clean my windows were great. They did a beautiful job; they took out, cleaned and replaced the storm windows rather than just cleaning them in place. My windows are easily 20 years old and have some worn spots which cleaning doesn't affect, but in spite of that, the windows look great now. They did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them.

Walls & Ceilings Cleaning Service
Duct Dog was fantastic. I had a very difficult cleaning project in a post and beam house. Mike spent much more time than we expected he would have to in order to get the job done properly. The work ethic and philosophy of the Duct Dog staff is impeccable. They GE the job done right. Everyone from Duct Dog is pleasant and wonderful to work with. I will be using them in the future!! For Sure!

I ASKED FOR A CLEANING BETWEEN TENANTS AND THE WINDOWS CLEANED IN A HOUSE. GIRLS CAME WITHOUT A VACUUM, DUSTPAN/BRUSH OR GARBAGE BAG. I SUPPLIED THE 2 LATTER ITEMS AS THE HOUSE WAS EMPTY. GIRLS WERE UNPROFESSIONAL, WINDOWS WERE NOT CLEAN. OWNER DID HAVE WINDOWS RECLEANED AND LOOKED GOOD BUT NOBODY CALLED TO SCHEDULE THAT, JUST SHOWED UP. OWNER DID OFFER A 1/2 PRICE CLEANING ON MY OWN HOME BUT I DON'T PLAN TO USE THE AGAIN.

"When the cleaners arrived they were equipped with all cleaning materials except trash bags which they were going to buy at the store located across the street but the owner offered a bag, the job didn't require a vaccuum so it wasn't brought to the jobsite, also the cleaners ALWAYS have a broom and dust pan as part of their tools for jobs so really confused as to why the owner would say that."

Range & Hood Cleaning Service
Duct Dog Cleaning Services did a comprehensive cleaning of our restaurant's range hood and cleaned everything up perfectly when they were done. They were timely and the communication was excellent. The owner of the restaurant liked them so much, he is having them do his other restaurant as well as washing the carpets too. Duct Dog's accommodated our needs on short notice, did an excellent job, and were complete professionals. We were very happy with the service and the price.

Window Cleaning
The storm windows are old and wouldnt move so only half of the windows were washed. I'm hoping they will say they'll come back late spring to finish the job

Quoted me a price over the phone. Job took twice as long as estimated, but did not charge me extra. As a result I hired him to do some more work for me. Excellent experience.
