Aidan was awesome! I would highly recommend.

i use $399 package clean whole house vent and dry vent. the total price is $450 because 2 controller. the price is ok. but the dry vent clean not good. my dryer still show light should check vent. finially i uninstall the dryer pip. very dirty. i clean it by myself .

Very satisfied with the Cleaning Tech, Aidar he was patient and explained each step related to cleaning the air ducts and returns. He show us pictures of ducts before and after, is really surprising to see how much dust has collected inside each duct and We ARE BREATHING all this stuff ! Truly our house feels different now. The Tech worked very hard for 3 hours. Thank you Aidar and Duct Dogs that included free of charge a cleaning of our dryer vent.

They came out on a Saturday, which worked well for me. He was neat and clean while cleaning the ducts. My only apprehension is that the tool they were using only reached into the duct about 8 feet. That was not enough to do the entire system. So it is not a whole system cleaning. Also the before and after pictures were taken at the opening of the duct with a cell phone. I thought it would have been on the tip of the cleaning tool. So overall I guess my vents are cleaner then they were, but I paid for a whole system cleaning. Think I over paid.

The service provider left four inches by four inches cut in the Duct and never taped it. I called the company fifteen minutes after he left and no response until after ten days. We asked for the pre and post-clean pictures and none were provided.

I hired DuctDogs to clean all of my home ductwork. I also opted for the disinfecting with dryer vent cleaning. I was under the impression that there would be actual duct cleaning throughout the system. However, only the intake duct system was reasonably cleaned. The ducts feeding room vents that supply air to rooms were barely, if at all, cleaned. The technician said, "we blow air through to force dirt towards the furnace" But there is no way that the air blown in through the vent covers (they weren't even taken off for this part of the work) would have done much more than move a little dust further back in the ducts, only to be blown out the next time the system forces air. I had been quoted $700 by Stanley Steemer to do the whole house duct cleaning, which I thought was high at the time (last year), but now wish I had gone with them, because I have to believe they would have actually cleaned all the ducts in the house, and not just done a cursory air blow through most of them.

My duct cleaning job was well done. Everything was done completely as expected, with the minor exception that furniture was not put back in place after the job was completed. I would recommend this service provider.

Avoid at all costs. No clue what they are doing. Left the house a mess and never completed the job. Terrible experience.
