The service was performed as expected. When I would ask questions the technicians were more than happy to explain each step and how it compared to other jobs they had been on. While they were not the least expensive quote I received, the thoroughness of the questions their scheduling rep asked and answers she gave made me feel confident they were the provider I wanted to choose. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

They came at the time theysaid did an excellent job. We really liked the before and after picture. Two days after the job was done we had a little problem and we called and within an hour they were out an took care of it.

They were able to give us an estimate over the phone. We were able to get an appointment scheduled within a few days. They arrived promptly & did the work with minimal inconvinced to us. They cleaned up after themselves. The guys providing the service were very polite & courteous. Bill was exactly what they quoted.

Provided a great customer service atmosphere for the service that was being provided. Timely, efficient, considerate about all furnishing that might have been in the way. Very knowledgeable, professional and I will be selecting them to service all of my other properties.

When we reviewed the Before & After pictures for each vent it made me wonder why we had not thought of doing this earlier. Great value for the money in many ways.

Pleasant to work with and thorough. Still waiting to see the before and after pictures. They were at least twice as expensive as other bidders but much more professional and more complete. Also convinced me I was receiving more for the money spent.

I highly recommend Duct Medic. Don came to my house and explained how they clean the ventilation system and answered all of my questions. On the day of the cleaning, Chris and Wayne were prompt and courteous. They cleaned and checked the entire ventilation system throughout the house from the registers to the furnace. They even took before and after pictures which were sent directly to my email that documented the dramatic difference in the appearance and cleanliness of the duck work. My entire house feels cleaner. I very highly recommend Duct Medic.

Derik was great. He was very curtious of our home and removed his shoes. He was in our large home for aprox an hr and made me feel at ease. He explained everything he was doing without being overly chatty.

Cleaned the entire house duct and venting system. It was disgusting. They even provided before and after photos. It's so nice to know we're breathing clean air in our home.
