When you get quoted one price on the internet, then its a huge amount when he got he was kind of shocking. What was agreed with on the internet should be the price not $300.00 more. I was not happy, yet he got the job from you, but then said hes not affiliate with you in any way, that you dont quote his price, after 15 minutes of bickering with him I got him down to a price I thought to be fair, but it was still a Higher price then I was given on the internet by you. Not good business!

Very nice, very professional and respectful of my house. Cleaned up after he was done and already see a significant difference in air flow and considerably less dust.

We really liked the people who came to clean our vents; their personalities were fun, and by the time they left, we felt like friends. We've never had vents cleaned before so this was a new experience.

Duct Pros did an outstanding job. They were right on time and work very efficiently. He even took the time to teach us how to properly use our thermostats. Yes, we are the grandparents that struggle with turning on TVs and working thermostats. Having moved into our house 2 years ago, I have no idea when or if the dryer vent had ever been cleaned. He took out a soccor-sized ball on lint that he had collected in that vent. Needless to say - it was a fire hazard. So, yes, worth every penny spent.

I really think this was worth my $85.00. Fritz arrived on time and went right to work. He brought a long ladder which he needed to get up on my roof. He shortened my dryer hose behind the unit so it would dry better with less turns in it. When you think it could cause a housefire in which you could lose everything you've worked for and possible family members this is a cheap price. I'll gladly have him come back every year from now on.
