From start to finish, my experience with Top Star Air Pros was nothing short of exceptional. From my initial call where I was given very specific details of the service to be performed to the completion of the project and all communications and interactions in between, every aspect was professional, comfortable, and honest. Pedro came out to assess my issue and provided me with a quote. My plan was to get competing quotes (I always do), but I felt very confident that Top Star Air Pros was the company for this work. I made an appointment and, as they mentioned, Pedro contacted me within an hour of their arrival, asking if this time still works well for me. Pedro and Mike did an exceptional job cleaning the mold and dust out of my air duct system, they were kind, courteous, careful, and very diligent in their work. I highly recommend Top Star Air Pros for air duct (and other) services.

Mike and Aaron were great and very patient. They actually showed me the tanks that they were using before and after the work is done. He was kind enough to go out there and showed me. Everywhere he worked he let me follow him around and explain in detail what he was doing.

They showed up on time, they called 30 minutes before, scheduling was quick and easy. Matt and Daniel Cleaned all my house vents include the dryer. they also disinfect my AC unit against bacteria growth, i would highly recommend Top Star.
