Actually, I changed their service from doing the dryer vent to doing the whole home vent service. They were great & I’d call them again. Joshua explain how they do the vent service before they started. Josh & his helper, Jake, were respectful of our home & furniture—covered or moved things carefully as needed. Professional, friendly & reasonable. Call them!

Mr. Martinez worked diligently to solve the problem. When the work was done he cleaned throughly before he left the premises. I would recommend DMS, LLC to anyone. Mr. Martinez was hard working, courteous and like I said he cleaned up before he left the premises.

First off, this company is located in New Bern NC. Mr. Martinez came out late in the day and spent an hour going over the HVAC system, discussing options and approach and even checking out a ceiling spot that seemed damp (not an issue it turned out). Later that evening he called to set up a service, which was 2 days later. The crew was thoughtful, courteous, and, most important, tolerated my presence and questions. Speaking of which, Mr. Martinez did run some decisions by me as the work progressed. The crew helped me move some furniture out of the way of ceiling ducts (the covers of which were cleaned and treated) and used plastic sheets to cover furniture and kitchen counters. Afterwards, one of the crew spent a fair about of time vacuuming up any debris. Through the cleaning, there were 3 industrial sized HEPA filter units running (in fact this was the first thing they did) to filter out any dust that was created. Overall they spent close to 7 hours on site which was more than projected, thus, the overall cost was at the high side of the estimate ($1,500) but that worked out to less than 50c per sq.ft of my very large ranch. In conclusion, DMS and Mr. Martinez are definitely worth talking to. The company offers mold remediation services as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Martinez. He and his crews are top notch professionals. Mr. Martinez explained everything ahead of time and completed the job with no surprises. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Martinez to you when you need your vents and ducts cleaned. His prices are fair, his equipment is top notch, clean, and ready to do the job. Communication is second to none.

Mr. Martinez, showed up on time to do the job which that is hard to find today showing up on time he was very professional. And if I ever need anything else and this line of work I would definitely reach back out to mr. Martinez . Joshua is a true pro. Not only is he super knowledgeable about mold and duct cleaning he is a top level contractor. He shows up on time, professional/clean, never takes shortcuts, and provides video/images throughout to explain the work he is doing. Never have I felt slighted or taken advantage of. The helpers he brings are also trusted. They donâ t spend extra time bantering and trying to make friends with you so you trust them in your home.
