We pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work. We are experts in several trades and working knowledge a lot of the others. I have hands on knowledge & training on HVAC-R, Electrical, Pluming pipe fitting, sheet metal and carpentry. Sales Engineer for commercial and industrial applications creating solutions for projects from $50 K to $3 million. I will do our best to keep you as educated on your home as possible. I have enough experience to know when I can give counsel on an issue, tell how to fix it and old enough to point you in the right direction when I don't. The home inspection process is designed to help you make educated decision if the home is a good fit for you, very few are perfect! We look forward to earning your business! I can highly recommend Dave's inspection prowess, knowledge of inspection items, and professionalism. Upon arrival, he set to the task immediately. He was receptive to background information when questions arose and was thorough and reasonable. He expedited his inspection report per my request and that enabled my prospective buyers to be at ease regarding the property I was selling. I would not hesitate to use Dave and Due Diligence again when a home inspection is required or desired.

Inspection seemed very brief for the price. Did not get his final report when promised, had to follow up. Final report did not agree with what he told me in person. Not sure I learned anything from him that was worth the money, but that might just be the nature of my situation. He was pleasant enough.

"Jeff is right it did take me a day longer. After reviewing the photos and conversation with Jeff I could not in good conscience tell him what he wanted to here, or put it in the report. I sent him suggestions on how to improve the situation of the roof."

"Leak in roof- could not find. The initial cost to come out was $237 I split it to $118 dollars I did not feel right about it. Gave $10 bucks back to buy ice creme for him and his son."
