UNRELIABLE. We hired Due Process Landscaping to do lawn service and leaves for the entire season, after my husband was in a major accident. Every other thing I had to contact them because no one showed up. Then the owner would rush out & do the job himself. Most of the time when they would show up, they would do a good job. Sometimes they left parts of our lawn unmowed, then would fix it the next time saying they didn't realize. The worst part, they never came out to finish our leaves. Left us with a yard full of leaves after promising to come out multiple times, then just plain ghosting us. UNRELIABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL.

They came on time. Even though it seems that there were more leaves on the ground than they expected, they didn't increase the price that they've promised. The job was done as I expected. Impressed.
