Karl has very bad issues when corrected or told your unhappy with the work photos and text were sent to him when i did not hear back an e mail was sent gave him a week to respond it was not till an attorney got a hold of him than he contacted me (said he never got any thing from me) I had a roofing inspectors come out and go over the work that was done photos were taken and sent to him (he was never on the job had his top notch people working) When he thought all was completed he did the walk threw (leaving a gutter guard on the roof) and again I explained to him that I was not happy he sent one of his workers out to try and repair the work the first two workers did. Wood was cut out of the roof, shingles were taken up (but of course they do not match the first set that were put on) nails were showing, ridge line looks like a kid cut them to go across the ridge (the blame was put on the way the house was built) Than I had another roof inspector come out to see the work that was done (shingles not glued, roof spongy GOD REFER TO YOUR CONTRACT BECAUSE YOU WILL HEAR ABOUT IT THROUGH OUT YOUR CONVERSATION WITH HIM. He is a good talker, when you confront him he thinks it is about money NO it is about the poor workmanship that was done. He wanted to come out an attempt to fix it again, I am done it is going to court. Never got a contract guarantee (Shame on me for trusting him I had to go on the roof to see all the mistakes, senior citizens be ware)
