We contacted Duffâ s Handyman Service after we had flooding in our utility room that damaged a wall and ceiling due to a broken pipe during the winter storm in February. David came out the day we called him and provided us with an estimate for the repairs. He did an excellent job repairing/replacing the wall and ceiling including painting the room. David and Wendall are professional, friendly and thorough. We received quality workmanship at a fair price. We highly recommend Duffâ s and will definitely use them again when the need arises.

David recently completed a variety of interior repairs and improvements for me and I am extremely happy with the results. His craftsmanship and work ethic are outstanding, his pricing is fair, and he is very pleasant to work with. I am planning to use him again for exterior repairs in the Spring.

Professional, personable, knowledgeable.

He did not know how to fix the outside faucet and took most of the day trying. Finally did something to stop the leak. He had quoted $100 for the outside faucet and replace a bathroom faucet. I had forgot to tell him about replacing the garbage disposal, but he was able to do that, and I understood I would pay extra for that.. When he gave me the bill, he charged $190 labor, because it took him so long on the faucet, and the added garbage disposal. When he went to get a part for outside, he bought two and said that I would need the other one for the other faucet in the future. He did not give it to me, and when I asked, he told me that he had installed it in the other faucet, and it didn't fit, so couldn't take it back. I did not ask him to touch the faucet since it was fine. When I asked why he charged me so much more, he said he's quoted me $150 and added for the garbage disposal and taking so much time outside. Just because I am 80 years old, I am not forgetful and I wouldn't have hired him for $150.
