They came out rather quickly and were very helpful and knowledgeable. However to try and fix the problem they wanted to regut what the previous plumber did. I managed to get the prior installer to come back to finish the project. Will use Dukes for future work though as they seem more involved..

Fantastic family owned company that goes the extra mile to figure out tough issues. They cleared a barn drain and even hand dug the pipe to show the collapsed area. Cost was well below competitors and service was well beyond. Hard to find that combination these days, but Duke certainly does! No hesitation recommending them for any plumbing need.

They came on time. They were understanding. They were efficient. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing what they were doing. They cleaned out my kitchen sewer drain, replaced the drain pipe that Alan Roppel of A.E.R. SERVICES installed using a combination of plumbing and heating pipes spilling kitchen sink water all over my furnace room and crawl space. They replaced the outside faucet and inside plumbing leading to the outside faucet with a freeze proof rubber turn.

Fantastic service. Quick work had one small issue with another drain they didn't even touch same day called them and came back took care of it too no extra charge. On top of it all took the time to give us tips and advice on how to save huge instead of throwing money at a plumber constantly they really care and it is refreshing.
