Professional, Prompt, and Reasonable. I was glad that I found them. I will TRUST them with all of my future heating and A/C needs. I have already referred friends. Thanks to Andrew, Vince, and the install team. All were pleasant to deal with in a stressful time. AC unit was replaced during last heatwave and I had my elderly mother staying with us at the time.

I was able to obtain a senior discount which is something the previous company never allowed. I received a quote in the beginning conversation and when the technician was finished, he quoted me a different price. When I told him the price Initially quoted, he instantly changed it to the first quote. I did not have to argue.i Great customer service!

Dukes was amazing. They came out for a quote and were open and honest about what they assessed needed to be done. Javi initially suggested 2 different humidifiers for my furnace, but ultimately came back and said that the more expensive one was not worth it for the size of my condo. They didn't try to up sell, or tack on a bunch of other work. After the initial estimate, they can out the next say to do the work. I will definitely be keeping Dukes in mind for ANY future work I need done!

Hired them for an annual furnace maintenance. Reasonable price for someone to come out and basically clean burners, give it a once-over and answer some questions. Their guy told me something that should be done to fix the furnace and was honest enough to say if youâ re handy you can do it yourself (or pay a few hundred bucks.) Iâ ll give them a call again.
