My three clothes closets and bedroom drawers were an absolute mess! Additionally, Gervona helped store and organize my winter vs summer wardrobe. Gervonna made sense out of the chaos. and helped to sell a few items. She had ideas I would never have thought of. Gervonna is very personable and I HIGHLY recommend her if you need a home organizer. She also organized my elderly Mother's kitchen and bathroom!!

Gervonna helped me move from a 3 story home to a 2 bedroom apartment. I had so much to donate/ throw out/pack that I could not handle it all myself. Gervonna was a life-saver when it came to the move, and I had such a great experience I asked her to help me organize my new apartment. She organized my kitchen, bathroom and multiple closets to contain my (too) many items! Most impressively she set up my art studio space in the extra room to be both functional and beautiful. She designed the studio configuration on her computer, consulted me about the design and asked about my budget for the rooms organization accessories. She really listened to what I needed and put up some really complicated shelving units in an old wonky building that was definitely not easy to do! But it makes all of the difference for storing my supplies. I’m not sure how she did it all herself but that’s just Gervonna- she is exceptionally hard-working and clever, I have always hid my studio space from guests because it looked so disheveled-now I ask guest if they want to see how I work! My studio is no longer my dirty little secret. Thanks Gervonna!!

Working with Duly Organized was absolutely amazing! She has a great sense of design and makes the customer and their needs and desires a priority. I can’t stop looking at the space she worked on knowing that everything is where it’s suppose to be!

I was a under the weather recovering from surgery when my husband hired Ms. Ragland to organize our pantry. As she worked in the pantry she made recommendations to my husband regarding other areas in the kitchen she noticed could possibly use some reorganization. I didn't think my kitchen needed organizing, but I allowed her, and after she was done, I realized, I needed her for every room in my house, but she was only in my area for a short time. What a job she did on the kitchen! Ms. Ragland showed compassion, professionalism and she really knew what she was doing. I enjoyed working with her and she made the process easy. If she comes back to my area, I would hire her again!

Duly Organizers was an answer to my prayers. I have a sister who was unwilling to face the face that’s she was a hoarder. She made excuses year after year as to why she kept our attic in such mess and justified keeping every little thing. It became a wedge in our relationship as sisters. Well after reaching out to DULY ORGANIZE and having long talks with Gervonna she help me understand what my sister was going through abs explained in great detail what her approach would be and what she would do when she received push back from my sister. It’s was important for Gervonna to approach the situation in such a way that it didn’t feel like an attack. She was very successful in being tactful but still getting the job done. Her time line was outlined in the beginning and she stayed on target. There were rough patches where I saw my sister getting frustrated but Gervonna pulled her back into focus. Nevertheless it was a very successful project and in the end my sister was happy to move forward with her life. It’s unclear how people get to this point in life but there’s people like Gervonna that’s able to help them and show them there’s hope and new beginnings on the other side. I’m forever indebted to Gervonna as she has help restore our relationship and Gervonna also have both of helpful and useful tips on how to avoid clutter in the future.
