When I went to get my phone charger from the nightstand after the relocation, it was gone. When I called the company, they told me that their movers don't steal. Yes, all right. It's funny that the charger was there when they arrived and disappeared when they departed. The idea is what matters to me, not the charger. What else are they stealing if they're willing to take something so trivial?

Help like this is hard to find during a move. The crew showed up ready and didn?t make a big show of anything. They worked through the house without being loud or sloppy. Heavy bins were carried out without bumping into walls or doorways. Each person stayed on task, and I didn?t feel like they were just rushing to get out. They asked where things should go and handled it well.

We moved from a townhouse to a new build outside the state. The move took most of the day. We had kids' beds, a washer, patio furniture, and many labeled boxes. The crew checked the inventory before loading. At the new house, they laid runners on the floors. Each room was filled one at a time. Boxes went where the labels said. The washer was placed and leveled. The process stayed steady until the last item.

Competitive price. Arrived right on top. 3 pros were great (Carlos, Valentino, 3rd I don’t remember), very efficient. Disassembled and reassembled couch and bed. Despite running into a bit of a log jam with the service elevator in my new building they had a great attitude and got the job done.

Highly recommend this moving company. They arrived on time and took good care wrapping the piano and some other items that i added to the move last minute. They were accommodating and professional. I live in an old brownstown without and elevator. Three movers worked super hard to move the piano down a narrow and steep stairs. I would like to thank the Dumbo moving crew for their help.

They worked hard until the end. My move ended up being more challenging than anticipated because the building I moved out of schedule two large moves at the same time with a single elevator. My move ended up not finishing until after 9pm and they kept to their word with a flat rate. Highly recommend!
