Rubble jockey is top notch. I ordered the 20 yard dumper and he dropped it off that day. The staff was very professional and courteous. I needed to keep the dumpster longer than the agreed upon days and was not charged extra. By the was they noticed I really needed a smaller one and gave me money back. Not too many companies will do that. And the dumpster that was dropped off was the cleanest dumpster ever. I didn't mind giving it set in my driveway. I would recommend Rubble Jockey to anyone needing this type of service. I will most definitely be using their service again. And I will be telling all my friends "Use Rubble Jockey"!

Ken and the rest of the Rubble Jockey team including Adam are fantastic. Communication was top notch through the entire process and the work surpassed my expectations - everything was broom clean and ready for construction. Pricing was straight forward (single price for hourly/daily labor with dumpster/disposal baked in) and very competitive - quotes from others were a disaster. Submitted a request online and the owner (Ken) called me up within a few hours then stopped by to give a demo estimate the next day. Ken was able to fit the job in just two days later. The dumpster was dropped well ahead of the start time and the team arrive promptly. Adam and Perry were very professional and personable - we had good conversations throughout the day during their breaks. We added a few things items to the project which was going to push it into a second day. Ken joined Adam the next day, which was a Sunday, to complete the additional work we discussed. The team is extremely hard working and made very quick progress cleaning a bathroom which filled an entire 10yd dumpster! The owner, Ken, is very detail oriented and not afraid to jump into the mix with his team. Invoicing and payment were very straightforward. Overall, it was a great experience. A+ communication skills, professionalism and pricing. We need more owners and companies like this in Lexington.

Wow. I had never used home advisor at all. My partner and I are in our 40s and both of us are disabled. We were needing to move asap. I hired a moving company and realized... There is going to be wayyyy too much we want thrown out to place on the curb. I needed a dumpster and needed it asap! Rubble jockey contacted me within 90 SECONDS after filling out my information and submitting it. Let's say that wasn't the last thing to impress me. Knowing we are on a very limited income with social security payments only coming on certain days, Ken was so kind to work with us. There was no hesitation to his care and respect for us. Im a GEN X and Ken's business style and work ethic are how things used to be. Again, the respect and his flexibility was refreshing. I felt so cared for. And, let me go on to say this: he followed up a few days after he had removed the dumpster and was paid! I had a respiratory infection during the move and I was in bad shape. He just was reaching out to see if I was better. A few days after, he contacted me about what we could work out for him to remove the cardboard boxes for us after we unearth everything I can no longer find in this cardboard jungle! Reciprocity was a must! I gave my Medicaid case worker for this part of the state the business name and Ken's contact information. He doesn't know yet, but she said she has added him as a trusted business and with share the info with the other state case workers bc they are here to help so many of us in need with no idea where to find businesses that understand hardship. I absolutely recommend Rubble Jockey to everyone that is in need of rubble removal. Word of mouth is the best way to spread good business. We could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Ruble Jockey. My husband had cut down a lot of overgrowth from trees and shrubs and we could in contact with Rubble jockey about hauling away all the debris. We were contacted quickly and able to provide pictures of what we needed hauled and he was able to provide us with an accurate estimate that seemed like a fair and reasonable price. They were able to come a couple days later which was great and took everything away that we needed and made sure to clean up after himself. Great service, very professional, more recommend and higher again.

Ken called almost as soon as I put a request in for demo-ing floors throughout my entire home. He was there that same night to provide an extremely reasonable quote. While there, we mentioned how weâ d like to demo our bathrooms as well and he took that project on too. He began work almost immediately and was diligent and meticulous with everything he did. He also offered invaluable advice to us throughout his time working in our home. I genuinely cannot rave about Ken & Rubble Jockey enough. Weâ ll be using/recommending him for as long as heâ s in business!

We could not have been more pleased. We are moving from a large condo to a much smaller one in another state and must seriously downsize. They arrived promptly, actually 1 minute early. They parked so they did not inconvenience other condo neighbors. They were extremely professional and hard working, while being pleasant and personable. I especially appreciated that they try to put as little as possible in the landfill, but will appropriately donate when possible. We would recommend Rubble Jockey without reservation!
