I would not recommend this company for plumbing repairs. During a recent shower plumbing repair, the technician cut into the shower insert using what appears to have been the wrong tool. This caused visible chipping and breakage around the opening that is not covered by the handle plate. When I contacted the company about the damage, I was told this was ?normal? and that I just needed to apply white caulk around it. I was given the option to either buy caulk and fix it myself or schedule another visit from the same plumber. Since then, I?ve had two other licensed plumbers inspect the work. Both stated that this is not acceptable workmanship, not up to industry standards, and described the cutting as a ?hack job.? They also pointed out that the handle plate was installed upside down, which adds to the overall poor quality of the installation. As a result, I?m left with a shower that looks damaged, feels rough to the touch, and now requires additional repair work to correct both the

They were extremely reasonable and professional! I will use them in the future. I had a couple new toilets put in, a sink unclogged in the bathroom, a fixture in my shower fixed along with a couple new shower heads, and an outside fixture fixed. I had left a hose hooked up to the outisde faucet and that is a no-no. Could have caused flooding if turned on. They inspected that and did the necessary work on that.

I recently used Dunn Wright Plumbing LLC to extract a squirrel from my toilet and reseat it. They were on time, professional, and provided great quality work. They also cleaned up thoroughly after the job. The pricing was better than I expected. Although they are a new company, the owner has 24 years of experience and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
