After I spent some time troubleshooting with no fix, I got in touch with Pat and he diagnosed the problem with the washer ordered the part and had it fixed two days later. I would recommend him and will be using his services again!

Hopefully youâ ll get Pat when he hasnâ t started drinking.

I feel terrible for giving Pat a poor review, because I'm sure he needs the business, but he was very upsetting to work with. He tried hard to communicate with me to get the job scheduled, which was good. But when he worked on the project he was in an emotional state and frankly, a physical state that made me uncomfortable. He had little space to work in, so I know that was frustrating, but for the whole time he worked to replace a small pump he talked to himself so I could hear all of his thoughts and for about three hours. Mostly he cursed a blue streak and made noises of frustration. Pat looks thin and frail and his noises at time made me think I would need to call 911. To top it all off, once he finally got the job done and had put the washer back together he realized he'd left his phone inside. This caused another round of swearing, frustration, and chagrin on his part. And now, a day later, I'm waiting to hear from him because he left out a part of the machine which I later found on the floor. He called this morning after I sent him a text with a photo of the part and said he'd come by today but it's nearly 5 and though I've texted him again he hasn't replied or showed up. Also, folks should know that he only accepts checks. (I'm sorry Pat. I hope you have less frustration in the future.)

Pat was able to come over quickly and solved my issue almost immediately.
