"We are sorry you feel this way. You just purchased this very old house. The existing bad carpentry mistakes would not allow us to connect modern piping to there work. The hole under the toilet should not be bigger than the flange (the connection between the pipe and the toilet). Unlike cast iron, PVC can not be floated in mid air without a floor hole cut its size. carpenter needed."
