Owner contacted me immediately, promptly reviewed project and offered a better than expected price. Unfortunately the work done on project reminds me that you get what you pay for.? Owner and mentor was rarely on site, leaving one young and inexperienced worker to complete the project items. Most of the items we discussed were not addressed and others which I pointed out, were done grudgingly and incompletely. Owner and estimator came across as professional, knowledgeable, and interested in doing the work, however those attributes did not carry through to the actual work done on the project. As I am retired, on a fixed income, and disabled, I am sorry I chose a company based in price and platitudes offered in the estimation process.

Showed up and completed work in a timely manner. Polite crew.

We were pleased with the service. Adrian was quick to respond with an estimate which was fair and reasonable. He was able to complere the work sooner than we expected and both he and his partner were polite and did a good job. We will definirely call them again.

I was promised the team would return to complete the job as promised... a month later nothing!

Jaime was very responsive and kept in close contact throughout the process. He met me for an estimate at a time that was reasonable to my schedule. Gave me a fair price based on other estimates I had at the time. Kept his word and cleaned up asif he was never there. When the time we agreed on conflicted with his schedule, he accommodated me with an even sooner time frame. I was satisfied and will recommend him in the future.

I canâ t stress the great communication and customer service I received from Jaime enough! We had a small rock crack our sliding glass door while doing our yard and they were completely transparent about it and had it replaced so quickly. The value was great- we will definitely be calling them again.

Adrian was amazing! Came out to give us an estimate and was able to do the job the same day. Very professional and listened to what we needed. Have already agreed to use him on a monthly basis! Would highly recommend!

If you need any landscaping done you will be missing out if you don’t go with Dun Rite Property Maintenance!! We had an assessor coming out to our home in hopes to refinance and needed our yard cleaned up and pavers put down. Not only did our yard look incredibly but they also worked with our crazy schedule, tight budget, and gave us tips and tricks to maintain our yard. I will be using them again and would be happy to recommend them to anyone else :))

Dun Right called to give notice before arrival. Crew showed up and promptly went to work clearing weeds and trimming tree branches. They even cleared up tree debris and blew the sidewalks clean. Very nice work! Already planning to use them again.

This company is a very professional company they take the time out to do the job right the first time. Very good attitude easy to talk to easy to communicate via phone or text.If they see a better way to do the job they were discuss it with you first and if you Approve they do it

Hyman and his crew cleaned up my property that was going up for sale. He promised to get the job done in the time I needed. He followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the job. I will definitely hire him again and would highly recommend him and his crew. Very satisfied with his work.
