He was late, never respected my time. The work he did he did it at night when he showed up. He changed my appointment several times. He is dishonest, took my money without repaying.

This contractor has a time management problem. If you have unlimited time for the project completion and do not mind waiting all day for him to show up, then hire him. He has a fair amount of knowledge about remodeling, but little regard for sound business practice. His price was more than reasonable, however, and some of the work he completed was acceptable.

I think he is unreliable. when we called he says he is own his way. He was supposed to arrive at 10am but he showed up until 4pm, and it took him until 7:30 pm to finish . He kept leaving the work site and found him sitting in his truck. Also, we found a part of the washing machine that was not reconnected and was leaking water when we used washing machine. We called him Tuesday at 3:00 pm and he stated he was on his way, but never called or came. Called him at 8:30 PM and he stated he saw (2) car accidents and turned around and went home. He stated he would be here on 7-1-21 at 10:00 am-10:30 am and he apologized and he stated he would be there. Well he never came to finish fixing the washing machine or called. His phone went to voicemail and he never CALLED.He was paid in full and did not finish the job. DO NOT USE HIM!!

When I began shopping around for a reputable person to do my bathroom remodel I was worried about being taken advantage of being a single woman. Brandon Duncan eased my worries by being personable and knowledgeable about all things I wanted for my new bathroom. I was worried I would be out of a bathroom for a while, but his work ethic, punctuality, and determination for great customer service made the transition quick and painless! I would choose Brandon Duncan over and over again for any future remodeling.
