Adam was very professional, timely and helpful in my journey to buying a home. I did not use a real estate agent so I was much a novice at the whole process. Highly recommended. Adam was very thorough and informative with great attention to detail. My mother, with 30+ years experience in real estate, said he was the best home inspector she has ever worked with. During his walk through he gave great tips on home maintenance, areas of concern, likely outcomes and possible remedies. His report, which was ready in 24 hours, was very detailed including photos of all his findings. If I ever need a home inspector in the future, I will definitely hire Adam again.

Not only was Adam informative and didn't get upset ot irritated after I asked a million questions he was professional and prompt with the services. I highly recommend him and plan to use him again for the next home I put an offer in for since he was able to expose some serious issues which would have cost me thousands.

Adam Duncan is very thorough and quick to say that he is a generalist, not a specialist. Most of the things he found were trivial, which was a relief, but some were potential major hazards and need to be further inspected by a specialist contractor. He recommended an engineer for cracks in the foundation which proved to be inconsequential. He's personable, easy to work with and is willing to answer questions.
