Duncan's Window & Door, LLC

He knows what he's doing

Excellent product people, and, workmanship

Affordable and nice looking windows.

I wish I could rate this higher than 5 because they definitely deserve a higher rating than 5 - perhaps 6+. We had windows replaced at our cottage, plus a few other items needing done. Micah's crew did an outstanding job - I would give them an A+. The windows are wonderful. The attention to detail is fantastic. We are so very pleased with working with them that they are going to come back in spring and replace the shingles on our cottage and garage.

Micah and his crew are terrific. They made our project happen even with the challenges of Covid. The windows are wonderful and the job was very professionally done. We needed a little adjustment and they came that day and took care of it, Great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Duncan Windows,

I had 3 sliding patio door installed, and some windows. I am a single female, and was directly told by Joel that they would always be there for me in case something would go wrong with the doors. I think Joel is a good guy. However, i have had water coming in under one of my sliding glass doors......Have repeatedly called Micah, gotten no answer, so have i left numerous messages. NO EVEN A PHONE CALL BACK FROM HIM! What a rude way to run a business,,can not even respond?????? I am not asking the world from him..just wanted some reasonable follow up customer service. Frustrated with him!!!

This is the second job we hired Micah and his crew for. They did a great job and were very professional and courteous. We are going to hire them again for another future job. I think that says it all!

Micah and Duncan Windows did just a awesome job on my larger job of all new windows and siding. I am very picky in regard to contractors but Micah and his team did very well. East to work with and on time plus they gave us the best bid. Highly Recommend

Micah and his crew did a fantastic job of removing the old windows and installing and finishing the new ones. In addition, they insulated and sided the home ... all done with one week as promised in the contract. I highly recommend Duncan Window s & Door.

Very straight talking and honest . Quality products ell installed

Excellent job. Had three doors installed two garage and the front door with a side light that was custom. In and out in one day. Only complaint was the pick up I had nails left on the garage floor and outside other than that all was perfect. Owner stated any issues with the doors they would come back and readjust which is fabulous that they stand behind their service.

Duncan Windows was very accurate as to when my windows would be ordered and installed. The windows look great! I'm so pleased with them and I will be getting more replacement windows from them in the future! Great company to work with!

Replace 8 windows. Very knowledgable about product and did a great job explaining things. Install team was considerate polite and very knowledgeable. The entire process was quite painless and the price was less than all the other estimates.

Working with this company was a positive experience for us. Everyone was personable and professional. We had three exterior doors replaced and the new ones are just wonderful! A huge difference is noticeable inside the home now as we will not experience another drafty, cold Winter. Very happy!

I would give this company 5 stars but for the fact that I had to wait over 2 months for the door to be installed. Only after I sent the owner a message did he contact me with an install date. Sometimes wonder if I didn't contact them if I would still be waiting for my patio door. The 2 young men who put the door in were very friendly, knew their job and did an excellent job cleaning up.

Good people

The crew was considerate polite and very knowledgeable. The entire process was quite painless and the price was less than all the other estimates. I have issue with one window that does not stay open. I called Joel and he showed up in less than an hour to asses the situation and they are ordering new parts and will be installing them at no additional cost. I had 14 windows and they got em all installed in about 7.5 hours and that was with an hour lunch and light rain.

The men who came were all business & finished the job quickly.

The team at Duncan's was really easy to work with and friendly. There was no hard-sell like with the bigger window companies. It's a family run business and they treat you well with no pressure or drawn out sales pitch. Service was exceptionally good and the work well done. I would definitely recommend the team at Duncan's for any window or door work in your home.

Their service was amazing from the start to the end. Joel got us a great deal on a door. The 3 guy installed it very quickly and did an amazing job. They cleaned up nicely too. Very happy with the quality of the door looks beautiful
