He was punctual, clean, and delivered exactly what he promised. No surprises in terms of cost. Very simple transaction completed on time and billed exactly as estimated. Family says the pictures don't do the floors justice and I agree.

Our 100-year old floors were badly damaged and worn but they look great now! Jason also patched two areas using salvaged flooring, a job that seemed beyond the abilities of local woodworkers. His customer service is excellent, as well.

Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
Very disappointed in the end - Dunham Construction came through in the beginning of the project and does great work - HOWEVER - once PAID IN FULL did not come back to complete the items left undone. Promised many times over the past year he would get it done and contact those that could help - found out he actually never did. Wanted to hire him for additional projects however will not be.

Carpentry Framing - Repair
Even though they DEFINITELY had their work cut out for them, Jason and Doug did an absolutely FANTASTIC job reinforcing my floor joists!! I no longer have bouncy floors and sink holes! They were very timely, clean and professional. Also very knowledgeable and patient as I asked ALOT of questions!! I would definitely hire them again as well refer them to others as well!!
