Duane, Josh, and Randi were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, respectful, helpful, and very hard working individuals. All we saw on their faces was smiles and never a complaint. They made sure we were satisfied with their work every step of the way. They are true professionals!!!!

Untrustworthy and deceptive sales agent. 15-50% more expensive than other Home Advisor competitors, but painful to work with. Although Allied Van Lines is a reputed name, this sub-contractor does not do it justice. If mental peace is important to you, hire other companies who may make a living with honesty unlike this subcontractor of Allied Van Lines whose sales team seems to be only interested in making some quick bucks and talk to you as if you were working for them. The movers were good guys but sad they have to work with this sub-contractor. Regret I chose the highest bidder hoping to get a great service. Far from it. Would NOT recommend.

"We regret seeing a review like this for the services in which we pride ourselves but feel we need to share the entire story, as not everything mentioned in this review is completely accurate. In terms of our sales process, we contacted the customer immediately upon receiving their information from HomeAdvisor. We set up an appointment for one of our in-home sales people to provide a written estimate. We completed this in a timely manner and showed up on the day and time we set with the customer. We provided the customer with a written estimate that offered a guaranteed price. When the customer had questions, we responded promptly and within hours of their request. However, this was not good enough for the customer as she made repetitive calls to our office crying and cursing at our employees prior to even signing the moving documents, accusing us not providing good customer service. Upper Management was then involved and had a phone conversation with her to explain that we are moving company and not 24/7 hotline service she could call at any time during the day or week and get an answer. We offered to cancel her move with us at no expense, but she declined. We proceeded with the move and showed up to load her items on the day and time agreed, and we delivered their items in good condition within the delivery spread agreed upon in the Order for Service. It is our opinion that no matter what moving company this person used, it would have resulted in a horrible experience given the excessive expectation and the customer?s inability to handle the stress of moving."
