New Look Home Renovations installed an above ground pool deck for me. I can honestly say this was the most positive experience I’ve ever had working with a contractor. They took care of the whole project. From prep to finish, contacting the local building inspector to ensure everything was correct, to even picking up supplies whose delivery was being delayed. Craig and Rob are true professionals and masters of their craft. They arrive when they say they will be there, they work all day (weather permitting) and they treat your property with respect and leave it clean every day. Any changes or modifications were communicated and discussed before they were made. They finished the job within the timeframe they had told me, at the agreed upon contract price, and their work passed all inspections, even receiving written praise from the local building inspector. I would not hesitate to hire them again to do work at my house, or refer them to family and friends.

New Look replaced my entry door, and I was definitely satisfied with the experience. Their price was very competitive and the quality of the work was excellent. I would use them again.
