Was not responsive to subsequent call about residual plumbing problems after installing the toilet. Given the amount of work I gave him -- repairing condenser, replacing pump in the basement, electrical outlet, toilet installation, I would have expected a better follow-up for the services.

Do not hire! I called these contractors for my HVAC unit leaking. These contractors did not do what they said they had done and charged me $475. $175 for labor (which I expect) but then charged me an extra $300 for refrigerant which was not installed properly, if it was installed at all. They claimed to clean my generator but did not. They said they would have to come back to install a pump despite me explaining the issues beforehand. They were there for about a hour maybe less. I had to hire an actual air conditioning company who charged $418.... only $99 for the refrigerant (not $300) and installed a pump which actually stopped the leaking problem. They were there for about 2 hours and explained that they would need more time to properly clean out the generator which Dunrite has claimed to have cleaned previously.

Dunrite is a great company with serious, knowledgeable employees. They really know what they are doing and were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them

One minute one problem, then another. It was completed fine. Remainder of work that they wanted to do they said it was dangerous, another co said it was an issue, but that it can be done. They kept calling them. They weren't best but wasn't the worse either. Was hot and muggy. The extra hassle, and headache and phone calls.

They did a good job, and were easy to get in touch with.

When they did come they did the job requested and for a fair price. A bit frustrated as I scheduled them for a Sunday after confirming that they were available on Sundays. We had been away on vacation during a heat wave and would be back very late on Saturday so wanted to have our AC fixed on Sunday. After waiting an hour past when they said they would come I reached out and he said he would see if he could find his tech. That this was their first day off in a long time. I understand that, but then don't schedule and confirm a Sunday after being specifically asked if Sunday was okay. He said the tech might be able to come after 6pm on Sunday, and then later said he couldn't come until Tuesday, and didn't come until the end of the day. Luckily we have 2 units in our house and just stayed where the 2nd unit was working but was over all very frustrated with the situation.

Very quick response after I reached out on HomeAdvisor and came that afternoon. Immediately on the phone determined what the problem was, and insisted on the same assumption after coming in without a thorough check up. Cost is a lot a lot more than I expected, but fine, we need AC so if that was the issue, be it. Hundreds of dollars later, the same issue persisted. Called them to come back. They did, so that's good... took a more careful look, and turned out to be a minor issue. I appreciate they come back to fix it the second time without charging us. Couldn't help but wonder, maybe I could have saved the money if they got it right the first time?

Paid $175 for visit with nothing accomplished except vague estimate of $1000 plus to fix. Had another provider come 2 days later and fix for under $500 with service fee included. Huge waste of $175 that should have been waived since nothing was done.

The technician came to my house and said that he repaired the hvac. When he left the air seemed to be running but stopped a couple of hours later. I contacted Jarek, the owner, and he promised for days that he would come to fix the service and each time he had an emergency. I told him of my medical condition and that I have to have the air. I also told him that I am a senior and it was a sacrifice for me to do the repairs. I believe that he took advantage of me. I am now in a house with sweltering heat that is uncomfortable to deal with. This is causing me a great deal of stress and is adding to my illness.

Very dependable, experienced, quality craftsmen, neat and clean and very competitively priced. After this project, I will only use and refer DunRite HVAC in the future. They are definitely the best in their field without exception.
