Tom installed my outdoor ring security system. He was very excellent and professional at doing the ring install. His fee was very reasonable. Definitely get this guy to do your job.

They responded to my inquiry in a timely manner. I was able to schedule the work a few days later. The work was well done and they cleaned up nicely.

Tom was top notch. He showed up on time and did the job. He explained what he was doing the whole time. He was affordable and he was extremely knowledgeable of his craft. I will hire him again and so should you!!!

Tom rewired my entire kitchen, added outlets for convenience and took out all the bad wiring from the previous owners. He was very timely and helped me make decisions for the most practical layout. I would recommend dupage electric for any electrical needs!

I've been meaning to put this review in for several months now so I'll beg Tom's forgiveness for my procrastination....I really appreciated how quickly Tom responded to my initial inquiry about my need to upgrade my electrical service panel. He came out on a Saturday to look at my set-up which I really appreciated given that I was early into a new job at the time and I was reluctant to take time off during the work week. Tom gave me a fair price estimate. Frankly, because my system was so outdated, it took me the better part of year to save up to actually pull the plug (pun intended) on the project. I contacted Tom again after I saved the budgeted amount and he was more than agreeable to pick up right where we left off, which I also, really appreciated. He did good, solid work, and I say that as a do-it-yourself, myself who has high standards for the work that I do around the house. An electric panel upgrade was beyond my capabilities though, which is often hard for me to admit. So seeing Tom's work, when he was finished, put a smile on my face. Finally, Tom is really good at communicating....better than me. I would e-mail him and go on to something else figuring that he'd be busy with something and allow him some reasonable time to get back to me. When I'd check my e-mail later I'd often find that he responded within minutes of my original e-mail. So you'll never be left hanging with Tom. I highly recommend him.

Tom was amazing. After the initial call he arrived within 30 minutes to inspect my electrical wiring and outlets after a computer cord shorted and exploded. He didn t try to oversell me on anything. And I felt really good knowing there wasn t a huge problem with my outlets or wiring. He replaced and updated the breakers (at least one was from the 70s and all were mismatched) and replaced the box. Tom even connected the AC correctly simply because he said it was a fire hazard and couldn t just leave it like was. He answered all my questions. I would definitely hire him for my next project, and the one after that.

Need an electrician to remove the old electric panel and install a new one. So, we hired Tom from Dupage Electric, he was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and punctual. In addition, he provided a great value and did an awesome job. I highly recommend him!

Needed some work done as multiple outlets were out. Tom came out the next morning. Gave a fair price for the work and got it done explaining the causes in both technical and laymen terms so I understood it better. Very personable and honest. Would recommend him to anyone.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The company I work for needed an electrician IMMEDIATELY so our guy could finish his plumbing work as something sparked and the electric went out. Tom responded ASAP and was onsite within an hour! He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within minutes! We have used him in the past as his rates are VERY reasonable & he doesn't price gouge! Will continue to use for any needs our company may have in the future! Thanks Tom!

Had Dupage Electric install a 200 amp service panel upgrade and rewired/ added additional outlets/conduit and circuits for all of my kitchen appliances to bring it up to date with code. They were very affordable, professional and time effective throughout the entire process. I will be using them for all of my future electrical needs.
