I had a leak in the bathroom shower that grew into full on pipe failure. Their prompt and professional team arrived and assessed the issues as scheduled. They repaired the immediate issue and provided quotes to replace the old shower valve and failed copper pipes.

Water pipe had broken outside, near the foundation. Dupree came out, found the break and quickly repaired the line. Staff was professional and I highly recommended them.

Fast response. We had water coming through a light fixture in ceiling and could t find any leak. Tech got there in less than an hour after my call, found the issue and repaired it quickly. Friendly, responsible and professional service from Chad with Dupree. If we have a plumbing issue in the future we are calling Dupree.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
Dupree Plumbing has excellent customer service. The corporate office called me in the morning immediately after I requested a quote online to schedule a technician to come out to look at our water heater that same day. The service technician Keith came out later that day, and he was friendly and professional from the moment he arrived. He was patient and answered all of the questions we had concerning the repair of our water heater. We ended up needing a new water heater installation instead of a just a repair, and Keith and his service associate Matt were willing to put us on their schedule first thing the next morning to get the water heater installed. They efficiently installed the new piping, gas line, and water heater for us, and Keith gave us a thorough explanation of everything that was replaced when the job was complete. We were satisfied with our service and will use Dupree Plumbing in the future.

The worker kept taking his mask off. I asked him to please put it back in and he told me he does not need a mask because he got tested last week. After they fixed the leak in my toilet and left, it started leaking again. They could not come back to fix it for 4 more days. The second time it was finally fixed but the worker refused to wear a mask. I will not use this company again.
