I hired Dura-Shine to clean my house on the Wednesday the 18th. They showed up at the end of the time period they were supposed to be there. They were supposed to be there between 12:30 to 2:30, they showed up at 2:30. While they were there, they chipped a big chunk of the paint off of one of my walls. And I called the next day to send them a picture of what the cleaning people had done, they not only declined to do it, but terminated our agreement for them to continue to do cleaning at my house, even though I said I would just let it go this time. Even though I felt bad that they didn't own up to doing that, the chip on my wall.

Window Cleaning
I'm sorry, but these window cleaners are terrible! I'm trying to get them to come back and do the job right, but can't get them to returm my phone calls. They took the money and ran ( so far) . I'll change this review if something changes, but It's not looking good.

Very good. They were available to clean my house right away. The two young women who cleaned were nice, efficient, and cheerful as well as good at their work. After some time though the company seemed difficult to get to focus fully on the cleaning, they didn't communicate very well on timing. 2 cleaner would show, but then one would leave and the cleaning wouldn't be very good. Mona now takes a prolonged time to get back to me. It really seems the company is more interested in multi-tasking the business than taking care of a continuing customer.
