Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
We used Durabilis roofing for our home inspection in 2021, then they just repaired tiles that were cracked June 2024. Great customer service, follow up, and they did great work. We intend to used them for a new roof when needed.

Metal Roofing - Repair
Work quality was excellent. All contacts with personnel was exceptional. From inspection to completing repairs in the rainy season was executed professionally and timely on metal roof and flat roof over lani. This is posted on work completed in June to be sure all leaks were stopped. Yes, all is good, after lots of rain, wind, and storms--no leaks.

I was a property manager for condos and HOAs for 20 years up north. These guys did an amazing job srart to finish replacing the flat roof over my lania. Juan, one of the owners, oversaw the project and was in constant contact with updates. His men are professional and respectful of the property. I would not hesitate to hire for any roofing project.

Metal Roofing - Install or Replace
During the time I was going through the install, it was very difficult to get materials because of the pandemic however Erica kept me up to date thru every step of the way. The workers came to work and did just that, they worked until they ran out of daylight. What a transformation to my home. I would not hesitate to hire them back should I buy another house. Even Victor kept me up to date. Thank you for everything...

Durabilis Roofing handled the smooth facilitation between my mother and I and the inspector so we understood every step of the way what was being completed and when it was being completed. They were very patient while we choose the type of roof we wanted along with the color. They are very reasonably priced and easy to work with. Erica and Victor were such a pleasure to work with. In the quoting process they went above and beyond their competition in answering questions and making us feel confident in our decision. During the install the customer service didn't stop. They kept us up to date with progress pictures and email communications as we are not local residents. I had an apparent roof leak so I called on several companies to give an estimate. Durabilis Roofing was the ONLY company that actually went into the attic to diagnose the issue. That meant a lot to me, showing they were definitely interested in digging to the root of the problem. When given the go, Durabilis made the repairs very quickly and at a good price.

I had a roof that had reached its end of life according to my insurance company. Victor was great with the presale and tile selection. Erica was fantastic in the office making sure my insurance company knew we had started work as I was running close to their deadline for replacement. Juan oversaw the installation and made sure I was completely happy with it. The house is on Marco Island and I live in Dallas so much of the communication was over email and the phone, which is not always easy but in this case worked out very well. Highly recommended.

Durabilis is always right on time with quality results. They were here for the estimate when they said they would. They are honest - told me I could wait for a year or two before replacing the roof - I decided to go ahead because it has a 50 year guarantee backed by owens corning - what's the difference if I do it now or two years from now? The job was well organized. Durabilis pre-scheduled the county inspections on Wed and Friday. Tear off was Tuesday, reshingle on Thursday. No problems found during the instpections. Durabilis is very communicative. I sent them three different emails with questions about the contract and job. They responded immediately.
