Duraforce Cleaning Service, Inc. has been in business since 1998. We have been contractors for WSSC, the water company for over 14 years. We have completed an enormous amount of emergency cleanups from water main breaks, sewage backups and mold remediation. Duraforce guarantees all workmanship for a period of one year after the job completion date.

The Master Technician was very professional, took his time to explain what needed to be done and how he was going to perform the work. He did not do a "rush job" and the cleaning came out beautifully. We will definitely be using this company again.

Price was good. Performance was only fair. Supposed to send a crew. Only one man showed. Supposed to take 1 hour took 2 days. Did not pick up everything.

I wasn't at home for the appointment and my mother was there to pay with credit card. She was informed that they only took cash or check but as a courtesy they cleaned the carpet anyway and billed me!! I will be using them every 3 months!!
