THIS COMPANY CAME IN WITH A REASONABLE ESTIMATE, PROVIDED GREAT COMMUNICATION, AND DID WHATEVER WAS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB TO MY SATISFACTION. THEY WERE CONSISTENT IN THEIR WORK EFFORTS AND ALWAYS ASKED ME HOW I WANTED A MATTER HANDLED IF THERE WAS ANY TYPE OF ALTERNATE TO THE JOB THAT MIGHT BE NEEDED, SUCH AS HOW TO DEAL WITH ANY DISCOVERED ICE DAMAGE OR AN OLD CHIMNEY THAT HAD TO BE REMOVED. THE CREW WAS EXEMPLARY. I ACTUALLY ENJOYED HAVING THEM AROUND. THEY SHOWED UP, GOT RIGHT TO WORK AND GOT THINGS DONE. HECK, IN 0NCE INSTANCE, THERE WAS A TREE THAT I WAS IN PROCESS OF REMOVING AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD INTERFERE WITH THE WORK AND WHEN THE CREW SAW ME DOING SO, THEY HELPED CUT IT DOWN FOR ME SO AS NOT TO DAMAGE ANY OF THE SURROUNDING AREA OR FENCING BELOW. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

These people were so helpful and accommodating. They came quickly and were very responsive to my questions.

They did the most for the least amount of money out of four or five estimates. There was a supervisor plus three or four nice young men working on the roof. They got it done inside of five days. There was some confusion with the office, the scheduling, deposit, getting call backs, etc. So it took a while to get it lined up. But once it was, they were on it.

They made having this done easy.

With the large amount of snow Durango has had this year, all snow removal companies have been swamped. Since this company does only roof snow removal, its waiting list was much shorter, resulting in being able to do our job the next day. Because some folks had emergencies, the 2-man team was only able to work for 3 hours. After the next few storms, we called these guys again, even though we had been on the waiting list of another company. We were anxious because we were getting some soffit damage. This company sent out two 2-man teams within 2 days to remove all the snow/ice in the shady areas. The snow removal guys worked hard, even when it was cold and snowy. The reason for the "4" in customer service is due to their being so busy that they weren't able to keep up with phone calls to let us know when the guys would be coming and for some lack of communication between folks within the company. I would highly recommend them and have done so to others in my neighborhood. I'll be contacting this company next month to get an estimate on the installation of a roof snow-melt system in our troublesome shady areas.

This company contacted me within minutes of my checking their name. They sent someone out the next day and stayed on the job all day and came back out the next day to finish. They were friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again.

Worst experience of my life! We hired these guys to build a custom log home in Park City, UT. They were recommended by Wisconsin Log Homes, so we thought they were going to be great. Turns out, they have no clue what they are doing. They are nothing but a incompetent and not trustworthy. They lost items, installed things incorrectly, didn't manage the project and over charged! Jake Swift is a good talker and makes you think he knows what they are doing but they don't. The project manager, Kody Swift, Jake's brother, is clueless! I don't think he has ever done construction before this project. We had to fire them and finish the job ourselves. Jake under bid the job because he didn't know what he was doing and then on every quote for finish work, he was twice as high, sometimes three times, as the bids I got from other subs. I would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. These guys need to be stopped from doing damage to anyone else. My home is not even a month old from being finished and the windows are already leaking and need to be repaired! We had to also hire subs to fix all of the mistakes and shoddy workmanship they did. They also didn't pay a bunch of the subs and we have had to hire an attorney. Save yourselves and run if these guys bid your job!
